Job Description:

CompHealth is assisting a healthcare system in Massachusetts with their search for hospitalists due to growth and retirements. This is an established hospitalist program with physicians and advance practitioners. The schedule is a 7 on and 7 off block with shifts from 7 am to 7 pm. There are nocturnists that cover night shifts. You will see a reasonable patient census with APP support. Candidates can be IM or FP residency trained physicians.In addition to a competitive compensation package, you will also be offered medical benefits, life insurance/disability, relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, CME, a retirement plan, and malpractice insurance.
