In this role, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions for our multi-family properties. You will work closely with our property management team to ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and timely. Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent business experience
  • A minimum of 7 years of accounting and 3 years residential property (multi-family housing, or affordable housing) experience
  • Experience with Yardi software
  • Intermediate or higher level Excel skills
  • Proficient in transactional and standard report proficiency
  • Highly organized with demonstrable prioritization and deadline management capabilities
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
