Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Intel Analyst III (Quality
Control).
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Quality Control reviews of complex research and analysis of
account activities to identify suspicious activities
Perform audits of Quality Control Analysts' work to ensure
compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidance
Collaborate with business units to assess transactions and identify
potential risks related to fraud or suspicious activities
Required Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of federal and state laws, including the Bank
Secrecy Act and OFAC regulations
Experience in leading and mentoring team members
Advanced understanding of fraud and money-laundering trends
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice,
Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Significant experience working with various levels of staff and
stakeholders
