Answer inbound consumer/customer telephone calls and respond to all other types of consumer/customer inquiries via mail, email, fax, etc. with professional and personalized customer service

Update existing databases with accurate and timely data entry


•


Investigate, manage, evaluate and resolve complex consumer/customer complaints


•


Promote Valspar consumer products and services to consumers building brand loyalty


•


Convey accurate and complete technical information to customers through oral and written mediums


•


Manage all correspondence with consumers/customers using department standards and procedures


•


Maintain working knowledge of Valspar consumer product lines and industry related topics


•


Follow up consumer/customer contacts with clerical duties which include faxing, filling, email, and communicating with other internal departments
