Job Description:
Will participate in all stages of the software development
Project Life Cycle. Will work with various IT delivery teams to analyze
business problems and design technical solutions. Will prepare work
estimates and integrate tasks to develop technical project plans, secure and
assign resources, and delegate and review tasks assigned to junior
resources. Will write well-documented and high-performing code, including
source code documentation. Will set new standards and monitor adherence to
existing standards. Will facilitate regular code and technical design
reviews, ensuring that code and setups are ready for deployment. Will
install, configure, and maintain multiple complex business applications
and analyze new and existing technology products, tools, and processes. Will
recommend long-term technology direction to ensure reliable,
compliant, interoperable, scalable, high-performance systems. Will
participate in the design of database and application server layouts for complex
database environments and ensure proper procedures are followed for
capacity planning. Will implement an overall system security model for
all application areas. Will identify third-party software for
technical fit within the company’s environment. Will create overall test plans
and advance the translation of application requirements, use case
definitions, and functional specifications into a cohesive testing plan for
further test execution. Will evaluate, select, and procure automated testing
software. Will enrich corporate data with industry data subscriptions.
Will make recommendations to the Finance Management team to build system
solutions and implement processes. Will analyze financial data by
collecting, monitoring, and creating financial models for decision support.
Will leverage financial principles, processes, and standards to
perform integrated financial analysis and reporting. Requirements: Master's degree in computer science, information
systems, finance, business or related field (willing to accept foreign
education equivalent) plus 3 years of experience with software development
lifecycle (SDLC) architecture, development, and administration in a
business applications environment. Or, alternatively, a Bachelor's degree
and 5 years of experience with software development lifecycle
(SDLC) architecture, development, and administration in a business
applications environment. Also requires: (1) Demonstrated expertise
architecting, developing, and maintaining complex applications in a global
enterprise CRM environment; (2) Demonstrated expertise designing, developing,
and implementing services-integrating enterprise business
applications; (3) Demonstrated expertise providing architectural guidance to
delivery teams and translating business requirements into appropriate
technology solutions; and, (4) Demonstrated expertise planning,
