As a Maintenance Technician I in our Food & Beverage Operations, you will play a critical role in maintaining the equipment and systems that produce and distribute a wide range of food products. This position is integral to ensuring the reliability and functionality of our services, contributing to our mission of nourishing and sustaining people around the world. Perform routine and preventive maintenance on processing equipment to ensure continuous operations. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, followed by timely repair and replacement of parts. Collaborate with operations teams to schedule and perform machinery maintenance and repairs. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and machine downtimes. Adhere to safety standards and regulations at all times during maintenance procedures. Support improvement initiatives aimed at reducing downtime and increasing productivity. Ensure proper tool management and maintenance of a clean work environment. Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude. Proficiency in using tools and maintenance equipment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Capability to read and understand technical manuals and drawings. Basic understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Electrical or Mechanical Maintenance is a plus. OSHA Safety Training Certification.
