Join Riverside Services as a Landscape Maintenance Foreman and take charge of a dedicated crew to deliver exceptional landscape care throughout the seasons. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity—including snow and ice management in the winter—with room to grow within a well-established company. What You’ll Do: Lead and motivate a crew on daily maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and site cleanup Ensure all projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards Operate and maintain professional-grade landscaping equipment Train new team members and support ongoing skill development Drive company vehicle to and from job sites What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of landscape maintenance experience (preferably with foreman or crew lead responsibilities) A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record A current DOT card—or willingness to obtain one Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to work independently while managing a team effectively
