Irrigation Technician to install, service, and maintain irrigation
systems for residential landscape projects in Walpole, MA. This
hands-on role focuses on ensuring efficient system operation,
promoting healthy landscapes, and providing high-quality service to
homeowners. The ideal candidate has experience with residential
irrigation systems, a strong mechanical aptitude, and enjoys
working outdoors. You will be responsible for both routine
maintenance and troubleshooting, helping keep lawns and gardens
healthy and thriving while supporting a collaborative team
environment. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain
residential irrigation systems, including controllers, valves, and
sprinkler heads Perform seasonal start-ups, shut-downs, and routine
system inspections Diagnose and resolve system issues, including
leaks, misaligned heads, and controller malfunctions Adjust systems
for optimal water efficiency and landscape health Maintain accurate
service records and follow company safety protocols Communicate
effectively with team members and homeowners regarding system
operation and maintenance Requirements Experience with irrigation
system installation and maintenance preferred Knowledge of
irrigation components, controls, and troubleshooting techniques
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid
driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong attention to
detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to customer service
