This role is ideal for an experienced mechanic who enjoys hands-on work, diagnosing mechanical issues, and delivering quality repairs on a variety of small engines and power equipment. Key Responsibilities Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair small engines and power equipment Perform routine maintenance and seasonal service on equipment Repair or replace engine components as needed Test equipment to ensure proper operation and safety standards Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation Communicate clearly with customers regarding repairs and recommendations Keep a clean, organized, and safe work environment Equipment may include lawn mowers, snow blowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and similar small engine machinery. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience as a Small Engine Mechanic or similar mechanical role Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple repairs Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Solid communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Why Join Rotti’s Power Equipment?
