What You Will Do: The CTS engineer works directly with airline
customers and engine overhaul facilities and teams up with their
respective disciplines to: Understand and implement corrective
action for engine related in-service events and hardware issues
identified during overhaul. Support MROs to resolve work-stops
during teardown and reassembly of engines. Support Airlines to
resolve Aircrafts on the Ground (AOGs) and coordinate resolution of
service issues. Initiate technical data development of
documentation for engine/module piece part inspection and for
Engine Manuals (EM) and Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM).
Coordinate with the technical publication organization (MDE) and
provide direction for all technical publications’ issues related to
their hardware. Interface with Airbus by providing design,
operation, maintenance, and customer service data. Coordinate
resolution on hardware investigations (CPRs – Customer Part
Returns) Coordinate resolution on Quality Notifications (QNs)
Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or
Aerospace Engineering is required 2 years of Engineering experience
or 0 years with an advanced degree U.S. citizenship is required as
only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this
program/contract. Qualifications We Prefer: May have broad
knowledge of project management. Prefers substantial knowledge of
RTX projects, programs or systems in order to provide enhancements

Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all
production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the
development of our engines. Candidates will learn more about role

onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is
the employee’s personal responsibility. As part of our commitment

as on-site, hybrid or remote. The salary range for this role is
68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith
estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers
