Digital Strategy Project ManagerWe are looking for an experienced Digital Strategy Project Manager to help lead our rapidly growing web development team as we redesign the digital customer experience at Atlantic Broadband.We seek an experienced Project Leader who oozes digital strategy and acumen through demonstrated work history, experience and passion. The role requires a team player that can marry their own analysis and bias with inputs received from multiple lines of business to produce a great and measurable digital outcome. This person is numbers oriented, preferring to make decisions based on fact and analysis. Experience in process improvement, operations, sales, call centers and the related technologies, processes and measures is a plus. Must be able to make decisions and support those decisions to Management. Must be an excellent communicator, as the digital channels works across the organization to create synergies and alignment with all stakeholders. Job Requirements:Your skills and capabilities: ? 2-5 years of digital product management experience with ecommerce businesses ? Strong customer focus, ownership, bias for action, and curiosity ? Proven talent to drive results, identify trends, and meet critical deadlines ? Plan, prioritize, and execute ongoing capability enhancement roadmap ? Must be experienced with Agile, scrum and leading standups and building out user stories ? UX and UI design experience ? History of reviewing wireframes and comps to produce well thought out prototypes ? Experienced in managing SEO and its components. ? Demonstrated work history that includes web design and digital analytics ? Conduct hands-on customer research to identify needs and opportunities ? Analyze customer insights, industry trends and analytics for assigned features ? Identify opportunities and recommend relevant features, capabilities and tools for prioritization ? Define business requirements for key capabilities through user story development ? Partner with Data team on KPI measurement and insights ? Partner with Digital Marketing on promotions, campaigns, and insights ? Partner with Product to develop sales flows that work with and optimize new products. ? Experience delivering secure, large-scale distributed systems with APIs and microservices ? Excels in a fast-paced agile environment with iterative design and delivery ? Excellent communication and persuasion skills; demonstrated success building buy-in with stakeholders and senior leadership ? Proven record of results through research, ideation, design and delivery of digital products ? Knowledge of eCommerce technologies and vendors to unlock business opportunities ? Passionate customer advocate with experience in consumer research and testing methodologies ? MSO experience a plus ? Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus. ? Some travel required (10%)
