SUMMARY
As IntelyCare's Director of Commercial Operations, you'll build and manage a world-class Commercial Operations team, as well as support the strategic development of the Revenue organization. The mission of this team is to increase revenue growth through high performing commercial processes, systems and enablement tools.

You will be a trusted advisor to the executive team, responsible for advising commercial business strategy and aligning cross-departmental initiatives. You will own the development and production of tools and insights that support IntelyCare's growth as an intelligent workforce management solution.

What--- ---You'll--- ---Do--- ---
--- Work with leadership team to develop and produce sales tools and analytics that support the Revenue team including business insights, market liquidity, evaluate usage and capability of existing commercial tools, suggest areas of improvement to increase commercial effectiveness.
--- Collaborate and work across functions to help develop the strategy and achieve busines objectives, providing when necessary, project management skills and expertise as well as data-driven insights and thought leadership to build consensus and shared perspectives on key initiatives.
--- Lead and support sales training and best practice knowledge sharing initiatives to accelerate and maximize the productivity of the Revenue team. Ensure the efficacy of IntelyCare's sales process including selling methodology, pipeline management and opportunities to streamline and optimize processes.
--- Craft and implement a motivating sales incentive plan including target setting, provide timely reporting of progress to exceeding sales targets and achieving business OKRs.
--- Guide and develop new and existing talent within the existing hiring operation and sales enablement functions, while fostering an egoless culture of teamwork and collaboration across the Revenue team.
--- Own department budget to ensure consistent performance while maintaining company growth targets, alongside managing Revenue team OKRs.
--- Ensure the effective administration of IntelyCare's CRM and continuously evaluate other third-party tools, overhauling the technology stack when necessary to drive efficiencies and improve team performance.
