RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the Design/Build process for food distribution and food processing facilities.
Prepare subcontractor RFP/scope of work.
Secure, vet and level subcontractor pricing.
Negotiate subcontracts.
Secure governmental approvals for the projects.
Finalize design details with clients, architectural+engineering staff and outside consultants.
Establish and manage the project schedule.
Manage the CMC field staff.
Manage the project cost.
Train and develop field personnel.
Overnight and some multi-day travel is required.
An upbeat, positive, results oriented attitude is a must.

OVERALL BACKGROUND/REQUIREMENTS:
Good written and oral communication skills, effective time management, resourcefulness and leadership ability are required.
