Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Our Autonomous Undersea Systems business segment has an immediate opening for an experienced Program Manager as we advance the state-of-the-art in autonomous undersea robotics. In this role you'll be exposed to cutting-edge technologies, leading cross-functional teams of engineers and manufacturing professionals to develop groundbreaking new autonomous systems that delight our customers worldwide. Located just south of Boston, Massachusetts, our waterfront development facility provides an amazing setting for a candidate who is eager to immerse themselves in all things autonomous and undersea.

As a seasoned technical and business leader, you'll use proposal plans and strategies to lead a team in developing, defining, and implementing cohesive, integrated program and business plans that achieve the current and long-term objectives of the Autonomous Undersea Systems business. You will identify needed resources for projects, define and assign major program roles, set integrated budget and schedule baselines, and monitor work accomplished to baseline plans to ensure rate of work completion is sufficient to meet program schedules. We'll rely on you to balance program risks and opportunities with executable strategies to meet technical requirements and budgets. You will interface with our customers in the U.S. Department of Defense, including the U.S. Navy, to ensure alignment and transparency at all phases, from development through delivery.

    • A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent plus a minimum of 8 years relevant experience; or Master's degree in an engineering discipline or MBA, plus a minimum of 6 years relevant experience to meet managerial expectations
    • Strong knowledge of Unmanned Underwater Vehicle products and technologies, including current and potential applications
    • Successful track record of leading DoD-focused programs with both development and production elements
    • Experience in delivering technology products in a high-growth environment, with a demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into requirements
    • Demonstrated experience creating operational plans and forecasts, executing business strategies with positive results
    • Exceptional communication skills to relay issues, impacts, and corrective actions on programs to internal and external representatives
    • Creative thinking with the ability to multi-task across a portfolio of programs
