Financial health is the window to see your suppliers, vendors, and other third parties with clarity, enabling you to know which partners you can rely on.RapidRatings is seeking a motivated Client Success Manager to join our dynamic Client Success team. This role will be responsible for establishing a set of business practices that increase engagement levels and drive successful business outcomes for FHR Exchange members as well as provide exceptional service experience, offering timely, value-added responses to inbound service inquiries. Similarly, they will oversee commercial relationships with existing members, seeking to maximize renewal rates among premium members and upgrades among standard members. The Member Services Manager will use techniques such as surveys, newsletters, and direct interviews to develop a deep understanding of member personas and the business problems they face. This is a highly collaborative role, that will involve partnership with Client Success, Client Delivery and Operations, Marketing, and Product. The Manager will report to the Chief Client Officer.   • Portfolio Management - act as the dedicated contact for a book of members to ensure successful service delivery, processing of membership renewals and payment collection
  • Solution Support - become an expert in the FHR Exchange and resource for our members' needs, respond to questions and provide technical troubleshooting. Enrich our understanding of the FHR Exchange member personas and provide insight into how we can develop FHR Exchange functionality that addresses their business needs
  • Financial Expertise - understand the nuances of the methodology underlying the Financial Health Rating and translate our analyses for members as needed
  • Operationalize Member Success - develop workflows and policies to ensure continued success of the business and maximization of member value. Automate the operations by leveraging Client Success platforms. Deliver strong retention rates and upgrade rates from standard into premium memberships
  • Performance Reporting - develop key performance drivers ensure strong renewal rates and translate these drivers into reporting for Senior Management. Establish a foundation for scalable growth of a Member Success organization in the futureWho you are?

      • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field
      • 4+ years of progressive experience in client/member success role or related disciplines in a B2B environment; experience in SaaS, Technology, Finance, Risk Management, or Supply Chain industry a plus
      • Experience supporting network-based communities is a plus
      • Experience with Salesforce, Churnzero and/or Gong
      • Superior verbal, written and presentation communication skills
      • Strong Technological and financial acumen
