Title: Project Manager (Salesforce)
Location: Quincy, MA (Hybrid Onsite)
Duration: Multi Year Renewable Contract
Weekly Hours: 37.5
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Project Manager will manage and coordinating high impact
projects supporting MassHealth. Specifically, this position will
manage an implementation of a Salesforce module designed to
digitize the case management workflow of government legal
departments. Under the oversight of the Director of PMO, Agencies,
the Project Manager will engage in this project as well as assist
with additional projects.
DETAILED STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Take the lead role in project managing the implementation of
the Salesforce legal case management solution
- Convene and facilitate stakeholder meetings for requirements
gathering, project planning/communication, and change
management
- Report out project status and progress to both internal
leadership as well as external stakeholders
- Maintain active relationships with IT and business leadership,
with internal & external project teams, organization service units,
and end users
- Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures,
project checklists and budgets to meet established time frames,
finances, and staffing availability
- Compose, and review procurement documents such as APDs, RFPs,
SLAs and submitted vendor proposals
- Adhere to established policy and procedures with respect to
project management methodology quality assurance and other related
standards
QUALIFICATIONS: Special Skills, Knowledge or Certifications
- Knowledge of, and experience in a government information
technology environment
- Knowledge of, and experience with a Salesforce implementation
and industry standards
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or comparable Agile
certification
- Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with
management, end users and project team members
- Ability to translate and communicate project concepts,
information, plans, and procedures to both technical personnel and
non-IT business users
- Knowledge and demonstrated ability to conduct detailed
planning, and to perform risk assessments and their associated risk
mitigation actions
- Knowledge of/experience in dashboard reporting, work breakdown
structure creation/maintenance, and change management.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or
equivalent experience
- Minimum (5) five years of hands-on experience with project
management as the project manager with full accountability and
responsibility
- Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering IT
projects
- Proficiency with MS Project
