The SVP Practice Development & Product Distribution is responsible for supporting multiple products and segments within Citizens Wealth Management Organization. This position is responsible for development of practice management protocols related to product placement for the affluent and high net worth segments of Citizens Private Client.

This position will lead and influence a team of approximately 4-10 resources covering wholesaling, practice development, and product support duties. Activities for the team will also involve aspects of product due diligence and enhancement. This may include new product launches, existing product re-positioning, competitive analysis and marketplace positioning, communication of investment strategy and training presentations. The SVP will foster an environment to have regular discussions to incubate ideas, identify best practices and highlight success stories across Private Client that drive significant practice growth across product lines. The SVP will work closely with senior and executive leadership across the enterprise to engage and support growth strategies related to advice, planning and product integration.

Citizens Wealth Management leads with Financial Planning. This position will work closely with the Head of Financial Planning and the Head of Investment Products to ensure deep discovery with customers leads to quality financial plans and solutions. This position reports to the Head of Wealth Management Advice, Planning & Product and will play a critical role in engaging the field leadership and advisors, as well as serving as an expert in aligning solutions to customer goals through financial planning and discovery activities.

Responsible for overall development of cadences and routines associated with practice and business development for our broker dealer advisors.
Responsible for developing, leading, and influencing a team of professionals to achieve development, sales, and product mix targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies in partnership with distribution segments. Develop team metrics and provide insights and regular reporting on key measurements and results.

Qualifications

Effective staff management and development experience and competency.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience and comfort in speaking to small and large audiences.
Experience with training and instructional activities including user training and ongoing competency improvement for client facing Wealth Management colleagues.
Demonstrated understanding of comprehensive wealth management solutions, particular expertise in insurance and managed money products.
Series 7, 63, 65/66 Licenses

Education

Bachelor's Degree required.
Master's Degree preferred.



Pay Transparency

The salary range for this position is $190,000 - $280,000 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
