Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director, Corporate
Development to oversee strategic finance activities and support
business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate growth opportunities, including partnerships,
acquisitions, and investments
Lead financial and operational due diligence and develop financial
forecast models
Manage cross-functional efforts for business development deals and
post-deal integration
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in investment banking, equity research,
corporate development, or corporate finance
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, or a quantitative subject
preferred
Advanced financial modeling skills
Proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative
environment
Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to deadlines
