URGENT - Registered Nurse for Mental Health Hospital We have partnered with a mental health facility located in Southeast Massachusetts who is looking to add RNs to their staff ASAP. In response to the current pandemic, the hospital is taking extra precautions to assist the patients and staff. The hospital is looking for nurses with experience working in mental health to bring their knowledge to the staff and help the community. RNs must have a current license in good standing. This facility helps a population who has faced tough challenges in the past and especially this year due to the pandemic so any help to improve the situations of these patients would be recognized. FAQs: - 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts are available - Orientation will be 3 days during the day prior to starting the assigned shift - This is a smaller facility with around 15-20 beds - PPE will be provided (N95 masks, gloves, gowns, and face shields) - Free parking onsite - RNs can wear any color scrubs - This role will be paying in the $50 - $55 per hour range based on experience New hires will be working with an amazing team of nurses who are also happy to help with additional questions during orientation. Requirements: - Must have a current RN license and be able to practice nursing in Massachusetts - RNs with 1-2+ years' experience working in a Mental Health capacity is a plus - New hires will be required to take a flu shot or have proof of a recent flu shot If Interested: please submit your resume to this posting. ***We also have a referral bonus for this role.
