Job Description:

Our client has multiple RN openings at different hospitals, nursing homes, and other medical facilities throughout Massachusetts. The organization is to fill multiple vacancies for all shifts. The hours per week can range from 24-48 hours with 8 hour shifts. RNs would just need to be available for shifts every other weekend. Many of the medical facilities treat portions of the population who have been especially vulnerable during these trying times. Newly hired RNs would be bringing valuable knowledge to help their patients and other staff. Orientation will also be provided and paid for. Main Responsibilities: - Caring for patients needs for either physical or mental health as assigned - Formulating nursing diagnosis and identifying patient needs/problems and standards of care - Monitors and documents response to medication and any adverse or toxic effects and follow-up action taken; communicates findings and results of monitoring to health care team - Identifies and provides for education and training of patient/ patient's significant others to improve patient's health outcomes - Maintains commitment and responsibility for professional growth and competency through ongoing activities that promote professional growth and development Qualifications: - Must have a RN license in current standing and be eligible to work in Massachusetts - 1-2+ years' experience in either an accredited hospital or nursing home/long term care facility - Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude toward patients, staff, and visitors at all times Compensation: - Current RN roles pay in the range of $50/hr to $70/hr based on experience - Health and Vision Insurance plans provided - Referral program for RNs that would also qualify for these openings If you'd like to apply to join our team, please submit a resume for consideration We are an equal opportunity employer and consider qualified applicants for employment regardless of race, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, color, religion, disability, veteran's status, sexual orientation, or any other protected factor. #pando2-1
