stability, and safe housing.As a Mental Heath Clinician, You will
work with a dynamic team of case managers and staff to ensure that
clients receive the care and support they need to be successful. As
a Mental Health Clinician, you will provide mental health services,
substance use, and co-occurring treatment services. The Clinician
role will be located at Behavioral Health Services, our outpatient
clinic in Quincy, and will be telehealth and in-person, depending
on the client's location.Mental Health Clinician Key
Responsibilities:Deliver psychotherapy services to individuals,
couples, families, and groups to treat mental health, substance
use, and co-occurring disorders. Treatment approaches are
constructed around EBP's and clinically indicated for the diagnosis
of the person(s) served.Serve as part of the 24/7 mobile crisis
team to ensure that persons served are provided crisis intervention
services, brief supportive psychotherapy, and timely assessments to
triage and refer to providers based on acuity need. May intervene
in emergencies or crises according to 24/7 mobile crisis
protocol.Serve as part of the integrated services care team with
VOAMASS and multidisciplinary review team to enhance persons served
experiences and maintain agency compliance with state regulations
and mental health professional standards. Provide consultation and
training to clinical staff as a member of the integrated service
team.Maintain an active billable caseload of thirty (30) hours per
week on average, including individual, couples, family, and group
sessions.Maintains records according to VOAMASS Policies and
Procedures, completes all documentation and billing on time, and
complies with professional standards required by third-party payors
and VOAMASS.Coordinates with external agency sources to create,
build, and strengthen a collaborative relationship with external
agencies.Provides other services as may be requested.The Mental
Health Clinician is about making a difference in the lives of the
people we serve. As Mental Health Clinician, you will bring the
following qualifications:Must have a 60 credit Master's Degree from
an accredited MA Institution with a focus in mental health
counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services
field. Masters program must have included an internship.Licensed
candidates (LMHC, LICSW, and LADCI) must hold an active license in
MAUnlicensed candidates must be eligible for licensure by timeline
set for each licensure trackMust have at least a year of experience
working with clients diagnosed with substance use disorders, mental
health disorders, and co-occurring disorders.Must have experience
working with various ages, diverse populations, and a wide range of
diagnosesMust have experience using safety/risk assessment skills
in supporting high risk populationsMust have knowledge of
trauma-informed and harm reduction philosophiesComputer skills
required to learn electronic medical record systemSince 1934,
