HYBRID NorthEast Health Services' Danvers clinic, is a member of the Transformations Care Network. We invest in ALL our employees by offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, flexible full and part-time schedules, paid supervision, a collaborative and supportive team environment, and a network of support.About the Mental Health Therapist role:--- Conducts culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and families--- Provides individual and family therapy to patients based on identified needs--- Develops crisis plans, safety plans (when needed), relapse prevention plans, and wellness plans to support the maintenance of stable functioning--- Creates a discharge plan--- Participates in case consultation and agency meetings--- Completes billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within specified time frames--- Compensation $50,000 - $80,000 per yearAbout You:--- Masters degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family counseling, or related degree required which results in licensing, OR--- Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, OR Licensed Professional CounselorTransformations Care Network is an equal opportunity employer.
