Job Description:

This contract Intensive Family Therapist position involves providing direct clinical treatment to youth and families in community or detention settings, utilizing Multisystemic Therapy (MST) principles. Work closely with a small caseload of 5 youth and their families to deliver crisis counseling, develop recovery plans, and offer rehabilitation therapies.
Operate in homes, schools, and community environments, with extensive travel and on-call responsibilities, including weekends.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote youth wellness and family strength-based recovery.
Requires a Master--------s degree in a relevant field, licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT), and at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience, including family work.
Preferred qualifications include bilingual skills and licensure. The rate is $47/hour, with flexible scheduling, and work involves working with potentially aggressive youth offenders in Caldwell, Gonzales, and Guadalupe Counties.
