We help our clients digitally reinvent their businesses for sustainable growth and success in an increasingly complex and demanding marketplace.Your role and responsibilitiesThe Healthcare Associate Partner will support IBM Consulting account management and business development responsibilities for IBM Consulting's work with existing payer and provider accounts. The Healthcare AP will also perform business development, generate and action leads for new healthcare clients and/or departments of existing clients where IBM Consulting is not currently engaged.The Healthcare AP will collaborate with relevant strategic partners (Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, AWS, etc.) and develop pursuit plans.Ideal candidate qualities include:

• Executive presence and client relationship-building skills (VP level and Line of Business)
• Strong sales and business development acumen
• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Ability to understand multiple types of healthcare businesses including payers, providers, pharmacy benefits, and clinical sectors
• Ability to develop partnering strategies with key ecosystem partners like Salesforce, Adobe, Microsoft, AWS, Oracle, Workday, and others
• Preferred experience working with, selling to, or delivering to healthcare clientsThis role can be performed from anywhere in the US.Required technical and professional expertise
