Hospital in Massachusetts Seeking Multiple Locum Emergency Medicine Physicians ASAP Start Locums Job Assignment Shifts and Hours: Days and Nights - focus on nights for June, and then in July will need day and night coverageDates of Coverage: June 2025, ongoing. Starting in June 8-10 shifts per month needed. July + ongoing will be a consistent 10-12 shifts per month.Details/Requirements: Percent (%) of Total Hospital Admissions Received from ED: 15% Percent (%) of ED Patients Admitted to the Hospital per Day: 15% Percent (%) of ED Patients Transferred per Day: 1-2 pts per day Trauma Level/Designation: None - we are a community hospital Total Number of Beds: 44 Annual ER Volume: 55,000 Number of ED Physicians in Group: 11 total physicians of which 5 are leaving Fast track in ED Fast Track Staffed APP Percent (%) of Total ED Volume Treated by Fast Track: 40% Locum physician be required to supervise other Health Care Providers: APPs Documentation System/EMR: Epic ED Staff Respond to House Codes Secondary to ED emergencies, there is a response team. ED does airway on that team.
