Must-Have: Surgical experience Description: JOB SUMMARY: RN -
Circulating cases, may learn to scrub, recovery, patient pre and
post-op. Provides nursing care to patients as part of an overall
team. Bases practice on identified principles and standards of
care. Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM on-call
requirement (must reside within 45 minutes of the facility). Our
department boasts a supportive and collaborative work environment.
We have a light to medium workload that alternates between
scheduled cases. Our team works both independently and as part of a
close-knit group. We are looking for a candidate who can thrive in
this dynamic. We specialize in endoscopies, general/laparoscopic,
and orthopedic surgeries. Our surgical technologists are provided
with opportunities to utilize their skills. In addition, our
patient care is highly personalized, ensuring exceptional care and
compassion for each patient. Our surgical technologists enjoy a
light call schedule with a 45-minute call back time. Call is
required only one day a week and every third weekend. We offer
self-scheduling for call, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
