Burlington, VT area - 9 Locations caring for over 32K patients -

the Role: - Location: Burlington, Vermont - Psychiatrist - Provides
outpatient mental health services and appropriate follow-up -
Provides consultation and case discussions to primary care
providers to support psychiatric care within the primary care
setting - Provides clinical supervision for nursing staff as
assigned for triage, medication refills, referrals and nursing
services visits - Provides appropriate teaching to trainees such as
medical students, resident physicians, nurse practitioner students,
and nursing students - Coordination, documentation, and continuity
of care for risk management - Participates in quality assurance and
quality improvement efforts Background: Board Eligible / Board
Certified - Psychiatry Able to hold a Vermont state medical license
