ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Windsor, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/17/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 8-hour shifts in medical surgical telemetry unit • Every other weekend and holidays required as needed • Maintain nurse to patient ratio of 1 to 4/5 with average daily census of 22 patients • May be asked to work as backup Charge Nurse • Must be willing to float to other units as needed within scope of practice • May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg • Coordinate total nursing care for patients and participate in patient and family teaching • Work cooperatively with ancillary nursing and patient team personnel • Use Cerner EMR system • 8 hours of non-billable orientation required • 2 years recent Med Surg Rehab experience required • Charge RN experience required • Previous travel experience of at least 3 months required • BSN Bachelor of Science in Nursing strongly preferred • Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) • Vermont or compact RN license required • Must have own vehicle as requirement in small community without public transport • Block scheduling will not be considered • Maximum 5 days of requested time off will be accepted • All scheduling requests must be made at time of submission • Three strike rule for call-offs enforced - contract eligible for termination after 3 call-offs Facility: This community hospital and health center provides comprehensive medical services including medical surgical telemetry, acute rehabilitation, and various specialty departments.
