Job Description:

A large medical group south of Boston is seeking a Medical Director of Addiction Medicine who leads the development and growth of the SUD program, including the hospital-based Addiction Consult Service. The medical director ensures the optimal function of all facets of the program across all departments. About the Opportunity: Full-time position 0.6 FTE, with 0.4 administrative duties and 0.2 clinical Strategic and future planning for the program, including the hospital-based Addiction Consult Service, and leading the effort to integrate SUD Services throughout the organization and community Expanding the program to include all abused substances and treatment modalities Expand our collaborative relationships and efforts, creating new partnerships and relationships with other community organizations and partners Reporting directly to the chief of primary care and working collaboratively with the CMO Managing and completing peer review activities to ensure compliance About the Benefits: Market rate salary with sign-on bonus Robust benefits, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans Relocation is negotiated Location/Community: Culturally diverse community located 25 miles from Boston Home to approximately 100,000 residents This community has a rich history, and its unique neighborhoods give the city a distinct feel.
