ID: 75381534 Shift: 8hr Days 8x5 Description: HWL Cambridge Hospital-NANC-0361 Nurse Manager - Postpartum (Must have minimum 3-5yrs Nurse Manager exp. in Postpartum Units)\r\nWILLING TO ACCEPT LOCALS WITHIN 50 MILES; local rate will apply $162\r\n\r\nJob Description:\r\nUnit: Post Partum\r\nCharge Capability: Highly Preferred\r\nScrub Color: Any\r\nMust work every other major holiday.\r\n\r\nThe Post Partum Unit consists of 14 private rooms with a level 1b Continuing Care nursery. This unit provides care for mothers and infants through the early stages of postpartum to discharge. We foster a culturally sensitive approach to couplet care and early family bonding.\r\n\r\nSubmission Requirements:\r\nUp to date resume that includes at least 3-5 year(s) of Nurse Manager experience in Postpartum. Also, documenting travel experience; first time travelers will not be considered. Acute care experience is required.\r\n3-5 years of clinical experience in a Continuing Care Nursery, Special Care Nursery (SCN), or Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) required \r\n2 recent L&D Charge RN/Manager/Supervisor references.\r\nNRP Certification required at time of submittal\r\nMinimum two years progressive management experience\r\nSpecialty certification required or obtained within one year of appointment.\r\nSkills Checklist matching specialty.\r\nDrivers licenses with address that matches demographics.\r\nCurrent AHA BLS, ACLS & NRP certifications are required at time of submission.\r\nFlu vaccine required during season.\r\nNURSYS verification report pulled within the last week showing ACTIVE MA RN license; must show ALL licenses (past or present).\r\nRTO must be included at time of submission; it will not be guaranteed after confirmation.\r\nEMR Experience Preferred: EPIC Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weekly Contract Weeks:83 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing Develop strong problem-solving skills and self-reliance as you navigate new environments independently.
