Shift Information: Rotating - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration:
13 Weeks Start Date: 4/5/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource
is working with Ventura MedStaff to find a qualified NICU RN in
Lebanon, New Hampshire, 03756! Travel NICU RN is needed for 13
weeks to start ASAP in a facility in New Hampshire. NH or compact
license is required at submission. Shifts are rotating D/N 7-7 with
4-5 weekend shifts in a 4 week period. ALL DH POSTINGS ARE OPEN TO
TRAVELERS WHO RESIDE OUTSIDE THE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE! PLEASE
ONLY SUBMIT CANDIDATES WILLING TO WORK THE D/N ROTATION OF
7A-7P/7P-7A. MINIMUM of 3 YEARS LEVEL III (or higher) NICU/ICN
experience is required. Previous Travel (at least 6 months) is
required. EPIC experience is required. Level I or II Trauma Center
experience is required. Teaching Hospital experience is preferred.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment MUST be
noted and verified at upload. Patient Ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 for
critically ill infants and 1:3 for intermediate care patients. This
Level III Intensive Care Nursery (ICN) is a regional 30 bed unit
with an average daily census of 19. The ICN cares for both
critically ill infants along with intermediate care infants within
the same unit. A hospital within a hospital, the ICN services all
levels of neonatal care with the exception of ECMO and open heart
surgery. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED Traveler
will need to find their own coverage from available staff (approved
