Job Description:

dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The
selected candidate will play a crucial role in providing top-notch
care to our patients across various departments including
rehabilitation, skilled nursing, and long-term care settings. As a
CNA at Genesis HealthCare, you will be essential in helping
patients with day-to-day activities and ensuring they receive the
highest standards of care. Assist patients with daily activities
such as bathing, dressing, eating, and exercising. Monitor and
record patients' vital signs and report any significant change to
the nursing team. Ensure patient comfort and safety at all times.
Educate and update patients and families on patient-care plans.
Adhere to hygiene standards and infection control measures.
Participate in the development and updates of patient care plans
alongside fellow healthcare professionals. Excellent patient care
and communication skills. Strong observational skills and attention
to detail. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
Capable of handling physical demands such as lifting or moving
patients. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Certified Nursing Assistant certification from a
recognized program. CPR/BLS certification is highly
recommended.
