What You'll Do: - Role is primarily focused on monitoring residents, documenting situations and transfers to the ER when necessary. This position does not include work in a skilled care environment, ideal for those seeking a slower paced environment. - Serve as a supportive companion, promoting the well-being and safety of residents. - Assist with limited medication administration and conduct resident assessments. - Act as a liaison with families, maintaining communication and care coordination.
