available for experienced Registered Nurses specializing in
Stepdown care, with a focus on complex neurological and surgical
patients. This travel nursing opportunity offers a chance to
contribute clinical expertise in a 10-bed progressive care unit
treating a diverse patient population including those with
neuromuscular disorders, stroke, and post-surgical needs.
Location:Positioned in West Lebanon, NH, this assignment places you
in a vibrant community known for its scenic landscapes and

healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities: - Provide advanced
nursing care to patients with conditions such as meningitis,
traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and those involved in
Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus trials - Manage arterial lines,
ventriculostomies, subdural and lumbar drains - Monitor hemodynamic
status using invasive blood pressure techniques - Care for patients
on Bi-PAP/C-PAP and ventilator-dependent trach C-PAP - Administer
low-dose pressors, vasoactive medications, inotropes, mannitol, and
hypertonic saline - Address complex wound care and postoperative
line, tube, and drain management Desired Experience: - Skilled in
hemodynamic monitoring and invasive BP monitoring via arterial
lines - Proficient with respiratory support equipment including
Bi-PAP, C-PAP, and trach ventilator management - Familiar with
administration and monitoring of vasoactive medications and osmotic
agents - Experience handling complex neurological and surgical
patient care scenarios in specialized progressive care settings
Schedule: - 36 hours per week - Day and night rotation This travel
