Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from
an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts
Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
Minimum 1 year of home health or home care physical therapy
experience required. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be
required. Ability to travel to patient homes as assigned within the
region, including Beverly, Marblehead, Salem, and Swampscott.
Experience with electronic clinical documentation systems
preferred. Weekend rotation approximately once every 6 weeks
(preferred requirement as described by client). Assignment Details
Facility type: Home Health. Shift: Days. Shift hours: 08:00–16:30.
Weekend rotations: approximately once every 6 weeks. Start date:
contingent upon credentialing clearance. Candidate must be willing
and able to travel to assigned cases within the North region
