guest service? We are looking for a dynamic leader for our
restaurant, banquet and culinary teams. Make your mark - apply
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: You will lead our entire food & beverage
team, including the restaurant, lounge, room service, banquets, and
kitchen, with direct supervision of the Executive Chef, Director of
Banquets, and Restaurant Manager.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE: Prior hotel food & beverage
experience is essential. F&B Director experience is highly
preferred. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
will be important. You should also have experience creating and
managing budgets, food and beverage cost controls, menu creation
and costing, and creative revenue generation. Strong management
skills required, including planning and policy development. We are
also looking for an inspirational leader capable of working with
varied personalities, building teams, and leading change.
