Job Description:

The Busser is responsible for providing the guest with a positive dining experience through excellent organization skills, professional and positive manner while assisting other team members maintain, clear and reset tables. Main Responsibilities: Provide excellent guest service according to expectations outlined in the training manual § Maintain, clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Assist with delivery of bread and water service Pre-bus and maintains tables, consistently throughout shift Stock and maintain side stations Stocks and maintain clean glassware, flatware and work areas throughout the restaurant Stock and maintain linen pars and levels Respond to guest requests in a clear and polite manner Complete daily and weekly side work on a consistent and thorough basis Assist other team members as necessary Stock and maintain cleanliness of restrooms Complete additional tasks as assigned by the management team Keep management informed of any problems, complaints from guests or other team members Follow all company policies as outlined in company handbook Accountabilities: Addresses all guests in a manner consistent with company standards in providing quality product and service Takes all actions with the guest’s best interest in mind, to build new business and avoid guest complaints Adheres to all Busser expectations as defined in the training manual at 100%
