Our client from Quincy, MA is a
health insurance program run by the state that provides health
benefits and helps pay for them to qualify children, families,
seniors, and people with disabilities living in Massachusetts.They
are searching for a Call Center Representative that will handle the
reviewing, evaluating, and determining of an applicant-----TMs
eligibility for medical assistance under the company-----TMs policy
and procedures.As the Commonwealth-----TMs Medicaid program, its
goal is to offer benefits directly or help pay for all or part of
their members-----TM health insurance premiums.Call Center
Representative Responsibilities:
Responding to member inquiries to
provide information regarding the eligibility
requirementsReconciling MHO case information with information from
other agencies and sources to verify continued eligibility for
benefitsObtaining and validating demographic and financial
information that are listed and not listed on eligibility forms,
contact collateral sources of information, and determining the
immigrant statusEnsuring accuracy and completeness with eligibility
forms submitted by the people requesting benefitsCall Center
Representative Qualifications:
A Bachelor-----TMs Degree or 2 years
of related customer service experienceMust be vaccinated against
COVID-19 or have an approved exemption to itOutstanding phone
etiquette and verbal communication skillsExperience with Microsoft
Office Suites such as Excel and OutlookThere are no costs for
