You'll be joining us to cover a period of maternity leave on a part-time (20 HR per week) contract. Take advantage of our hybrid work schedule, and collaborate onsite with colleagues in our brand new Boston office 1-3 days per week.

Your Mission
As a Senior Payroll and Benefits Specialist, you will be an integral part of the People Management team, providing guidance and support to employees across the full spectrum of Human Resources. You will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations and administration for our U.S. team, focusing on payroll processing and benefits coordination.

• Manage bi-weekly payroll administration and coordination for employees, ensuring compliance with internal and external controls.
  
• Organize payments for overtime, holidays, bonuses, commissions, merit increases, promotions, and leaves of absence.
  
• Resolve federal or state tax issues in partnership with Paylocity.
  
• Serve as the point of contact for employees regarding payroll and benefits questions and issues.
  
• Manage U.S. benefits platforms (e.g., 401k, health benefits).
  
• Maintain employee records and handle onboarding and offboarding administration related to payroll and benefits.
  
  Qualifications
  
  • 
    
  • Over 3 years of experience as an HR admin and/or payroll specialist, preferably in an international company.
    
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll processes, experience with Paylocity or similar systems.
    
  • Knowledge of U.S. benefits and local labor laws.
    
  • Advanced degree in HR or related field.
    
  • Ability to work autonomously within an international team.
    
  • Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior leadership.
