Who we are looking for: Global Head of Technical Client Services will contribute to bringing a "One State Street" experience to our most important clients . This includes clients across Asset Managers, Asset Owners, Alternatives, and Insurance. These efforts have already started with our global asset manager segment which represents State Street's largest client segment in terms of total market size, share, and revenue (5.3B FYF) contribution to the bank. They represent global market share of 27% vs. -33% market share in North America. Asset manager segment represents -65% of State Street global servicing fees and the rhe North America asset manager segment contributes 53% of the segment revenues. They will be strategic and proactive, managing an integrated and well-coordinated Technical Client Services team. This role is responsible for the overall strategy, execution and management of the operational technology relationship with some of State Streets most critical clients. This role will increase client satisfaction through premium client support, and decisive leadership and daily direction within the Business Client Services team. They will be responsible for ensuring that clients trust State Street will deliver the system stability, availability, and reliability that our customers expect. They will represent production management and GTS in direct clients meetings, including Responsibilities: This person will have leadership responsibility for all aspects of the technology platforms that the client are critically dependent on and Segment White Glove Production Management teams. They will have oversight responsibility for their teams delivering on the following key client impacting activities: * Responding to business tickets to ensure minimum disruption to client deliverables. * Escalation, facilitation, and communication of major incidents to internal and external stakeholders * Application defects and enhancement identification; engage with the business users and development owners to identify solutions. * Conversion support for new services, weekend support for special client processing, 24x7 on call support globally, etc. This person will also ensure operational excellence and process standardization by working closely with cross-functional leadership within Production Management. This role will be responsible for enhancing the relationship between front-line representatives and clients by analyzing operational processes and escalation procedures. Without this role, there is risk in successfully implementing a truly client centric target state operating model with proper leadership for the aforementioned key client service functions.
