Responsibilities :* Provide leadership, management and drive the execution of sub-work stream initiatives within the overall Client Conversion Services workstream * Drive execution through stringent project management and close attention to detail of sub-streams Alpha, Client onboarding and ESP initiatives* Knowledge of Investment Manager Servicing / Transaction Management/ Core State Street business offerings* Knowledge of Data Warehousing* Assess automation needs, ROI, and drive team on achieving efficiencies through automation initiatives* Deliver technical solutions for automation and other business needs* Oversee planning, prioritization and delivery of automation team development activities and solutions* Oversee Vendor relationship and Vendor team management* Resolve solution impediments with stakeholders, drive project progress, escalate risks, issues and solutions. Implement project changes and interventions to achieve program goals* Manage preparation for sub-stream governance meetings including project plan consolidation and materials preparations* Provide a complete middle office solution to State Street clients* Prepare and present program/project level executive status reports* Provide asset owners and managers a dynamic, customizable, and scalable self-service platform for all their data needs* Perform financial management oversight of sub-streams to enable achievement of integration financial goals and synergies* Engage effectively with vendor partners for seamless delivery and people management* Mentor team on tools, processes and standards* Perform internal communications using multiple communication channelsQualifications: Education and Experience * Advanced or Master's degree preferred* Minimum 15 years financial services experience including project/program management experience * PMP Certification and/or consulting experience required* Agile or Scrum Certification preferredSkills * Proven leadership and program management skills* Proven strong communication, interpersonal, decision-making and negotiation skills* Proven ability to work effectively with executive management* Ability to influence and work collaboratively across multiple organizations to reach common goals* Organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment* Proficient in managing agile projects* Competencies required: demonstrated strong project management skills, analytical/problem solving skills, business/industry knowledge, communication versatility, information technology acumen, teamwork and leadership, written and verbal skills* Strong skills in Microsoft Office and able to use advanced features of PowerPoint and Excel SharePoint, project management and reporting automation skills* * * Posted 15 Days Ago* Full time* R-655574
