What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and drive a content roadmap and strategy that builds the
IntelyCare brand and generates engagement from both sides of the
marketplace: nursing professionals and facility admins.
Craft content and engagement for journalists, analysts,
investors, and influencers so they can quickly understand
IntelyCare's value proposition and to help spread this value
proposition to others.
Conceptualize, edit, and write campaign briefs and content
across mediums and channels. From strategy documents to white
papers to blogs to press releases, you should be experienced and
comfortable with A.P. style while having a creative and conversion
driven approach to crafting content
Develop thought leadership content that helps to articulate
IntelyCare's vision in vertical markets and broader media focused
on themes such as the the future of work, gig economy revolution,
data science and tech enabled disruption in healthcare staffing
Data is king at IntelyCare. You should be comfortable working in
an environment where you will have to communicate and articulate
strategy based on a data driven approach. You will work with the
team to analyze content performance and use insights to produce and
evolve engagement and stay ahead of market needs. You will be
responsible for working with the team to mine our content, PR and
social analysis tools to show how and where to optimize.
Manage a growing team of strategic talented storytellers
committed to publishing a regular stream of content that engages,
informs, and inspires a range of audiences.
Utilize survey tools and forums, digital and offline, to manage
feedback loops with core audiences to help shape content
Collaborate closely with teams to effectively prioritize ideas
and allocate resources and precious time to driving forward
projects that have the highest impact.
Minimum of 10 years experience building, managing, and running
content strategy & operations, preferably in a startup technology
Effective senior communicator and manager who can inspire as
well as help drive content projects across teams and hit delivery
Proven work experience managing content team and outside
partners. We believe in small agile teams and utilizing outside
partners to scale marketing. You will be responsible for two
talented direct reports and will be responsible for helping grow
their skills and career.
Experience building content strategy in service of business and
communications goals that map to KPIs.
Mastery of multiple content forms and channels - video,
long-form, short-form, social, awards, PR, digital and offline.
Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing with experience talking
to revenue and sales enablement teams
Experience in thinking outside of the traditional B2C marketing
landscape and working with vendors to drive fail fast approaches.

Strategic thinker that is able to synthesize and collaborate to
prioritize inputs from various perspectives to create an actionable
