Job Title: Retail Innovation Immersion Specialist

Job Location: Quincy, MA

Job Objective

The RI Immersion Specialist is responsible for developing a standardized format for deployment playbooks which will be provided to brand deployment teams to assist in scaling an RI CoE delivered solution across brands/stores. The role will involve working with Initiative Teams to create deployment playbooks for the technologies/solutions which will be transferred to the brands. The RI Immersion Specialist will also collaborate with Initiative Teams to develop standardized change management messaging plans for each initiative that can be used by brands as they deploy solutions to their associates or customers.

1.Design Retail Innovation CoE change management strategy

Design change management strategy which promotes adoption of RI CoE solutions among brands/associates

  • Lead the design of scalable, repeatable and sustainable change management solutions that enable brand adoption of RI CoE solutions
  • Ensure change management strategy is aligned to overall RI CoE communication strategy
  • Work with RI CoE Training Specialist to ensure design and development of training programs are integrated into change management strategy

2.Create deployment playbooks and change management messaging to support Initative Teams

Collaborate with Initiative Teams in the development of deployment playbooks and change management messaging for RI CoE solutions that brands can utilize during deployment

  • Implement strategy to provide change management assistance for brands as they take over deployment responsibility for solutions provided by RI CoE initiative teams
  • Develop standardized change management messaging for RI CoE delivered solutions to assist brands in promoting adoption among associates including but not limited to identifying what will be improved, what value the improvement represents, the plan for change, cadence for change communications, and plans for recognizing successes associated with adoption
  • Assist Initiative Teams in development of standardized deployment playbooks to assist brand deployment teams in scaling RI CoE delivered solutions
  • Assist Initiative Teams in collecting and documenting lessons learned in the early expansion to new brand(s) after successful pilot and ensure the learnings are incorporated into the deployment playbook
  • Identify risks which could hinder brand adoption of RI CoE solutions and prepare risk mitigation tactics in partnership with Initiative Teams and the RI CoE Portfolio Control Manager
  • Ensure change management activities are integrated into RI CoE roadmaps and plans
  • Ensure best practices for deploying RI CoE solutions to new brands are captured and shared across Initiative Teams

Experience

5 - 7 years

Change management certification preferred
