  • Manager in Training - Remote
  • Sales Associate - RemoteManager in Training Information: RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Present and deliver member benefits virtually
    • Generate referrals from prospective clients
    • Organize weekly sales team activities and objectives by collaborating with company executives and management staff
    • Create, maintain, and grow a book of business by establishing customer relationships
    • Recruit, train, and coach new associates in presenting and delivering benefits
    • Collaborating closely with Marketing, Development, and Client Services departments to assist in growing Fisher AgenciesJOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIRED SKILLS
      • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
      • Assertive team player who is confident, positive, has listening, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
      • Comfortable calling prospects (no cold calling), discussing benefit options, and interacting with working members of the community
      • The ability to be coached, trained, and mentored towards a successful management career
      • Capability to work remote successfully and can maintain a flexible work schedule
      • Candidates must be motivated, highly disciplined, committed to personal and team success, organized, and passionate about helping others
      • Previous customer service (not industry-specific), sales, financial services, or entrepreneurial experience is desired but not requiredThe ideal candidate should have a high school diploma/GED, associate s, or bachelor s degree from an accredited business college or university.BENEFITS
