Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Process & Standards Specialist is to outline, document and maintain the standards and processes to execute e-commerce operations, across all formats in all ADUSA brands. With all new installations of processes and equipment, the associate will need to design and write related SOPs and training documents and edit any existing documentation to ensure strong standardization across the network of all ADUSA e-commerce locations. The associate will create videos using basic technology to assist in training the brands.
Essential Functions
Develop all SOPs and tracking tools that will be used to standardize the processes within all distribution avenues - Pick from Store and Fulfillment Centers.
Create and edit videos using basic technology to assist in training the associates within the ADUSA e-commerce locations.
Organize all documentation required for a launch of a Fulfillment Center and Pick from Store location.
Be knowledgeable of all government standards, at both the state and local municipality levels, to ensure the e-commerce SOPs keep in line with regulations.
Integration in industry work groups to ensure up to date information on incoming regulations, and the ability to lobby through how it would impact e-commerce operations and customer service.
Understand and work through impact of any environmental regulations that may impact supplies or process that are used in the e-commerce distribution process.
Ability to translate regulation and IT language into easy to understand standards documentation for operators to use for direction.
Participate in all new development that impacts processes to help understand best practices and how to drive efficiency.
Communicate with the continuous improvement team to develop new tools, and improve existing to increase efficiencies.

Basic knowledge of e-commerce standards and process of operations.
Good understanding of grocery retail business.

High level of self-motivation

Experience working with cross functional teams
Excellent communication skills
Great presentation skills
Strong writing ability
Basic video and editing skills
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office suite

Role will require 50% travel

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Master's Degree preferred

5-7 years of wide reaching experience across standards development
Solid understanding of governmental regulations
