Job Description:

Our client, a telecommunications company located in Quincy, MA is seeking a Client Services Account Analyst on a temporary to permanent basis. In this role you will be will be given the opportunity to learn the technology that allows businesses perform their day to day operations. This role is onsite, Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm, and is paying $20/hour on the contract side and 50K once permanent. --- Manage the partnerships and overall account health between clients and the company, while collaborating with other departments on ideas and product solutions.
--- Run weekly calls, provide agenda items, meeting minutes and work internally towards client goals to ensure deadlines are met
--- Learn the company's products and systems to effectively support customer solutions
--- Responsible for maintaining and improving all facets of support (billing/troubleshooting/reporting) for partnerships on your book of business
--- Deliver updates to key stakeholders via excel worksheets, conference calls, and email notifications around all facets of billing/troubleshooting/reporting Qualifications:
--- Superb organizational skills and attention-to-detail
--- Strong written and verbal communication skills
--- Comfort speaking with all levels of clientele
