The OpportunityUnder direction of and in collaboration with the Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day management of operations teams including quality, operational efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of member and client satisfaction.   • Lead, motivate and develop staff to perform as a cohesive, service-oriented team.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical operations manager and provide input on overall employee performance. Assist with implementation of coaching, performance planning and corrective action for all staff. This includes quality audits and ongoing assessment of clinician's assessment skills and documentation.
  • Provide guidance to all staff to achieve or exceed key objectives and results.
  • Ensure a positive work environment based on respect and continuous learning
  • Participate in hiring decisions in collaboration with the manager. Responsible for organizing the onboarding and orientation of new hires
  • Monitor team member performance through observation and analysis of data and metrics
  • Collaborate with leaders, physicians, and staff throughout the organization to facilitate case progression
  • Ensure superior member experience delivery, working directly with members as needed
  • Ensure all service level commitments made to all clients are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with manager to develop and maintain policies and procedure
  • Resolve member complaints and dissatisfaction by gathering details and problem solving a plan for resolution; identify, implement, and support strategies to prevent future member issues
  • Provide daily business management, reporting and analyzing day to day inventory of member cases. Identify and escalate case challenges or delays and assists staff to problem solve.
  • Maintain patient confidence by monitoring confidential information processing and ensuring consistent execution of HIPAA regulations.Candidate Profile

    • Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing
    • Superior problem solving and organizational skills
    • Passion for process improvement and high-quality service delivery
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and work collaboratively within a team
    • Proficient with medical terminology
