Read on--- - SUMMARY As IntelyCare's Credentialing Specialist, you'll be responsible for helping us grow our team of IntelyPros by providing support to our high-volume, fast-paced onboarding process. - In this role, you'll get the opportunity to communicate with applicants via phone, email, and SMS messaging during the credentialing process to ensure timely completion of on-boarding. You'll review the applicant credentialing files and work with the candidates to obtain the necessary missing, incomplete, and expiring documents. You'll work with the internal team members to identify delays in the applicant's credentialing process and work together to overcome any obstacles. You will help develop, manage, and monitor processes and procedures that support the credentialing and re-credentialing of our IntelyPros. - The ideal candidate will be someone detail-oriented, a high-producer and flexible to join the team in meeting productivity and quality metrics by maintaining credentialing files, working with various vendor portals for local, state and federal verification(s) and accurately updating information into the IntelyPro database. ---- What------ You'll------ Do--------- Maintain compliance with all local, state and federal regulatory agencies and accrediting institutions --- Monitor staff credentials and licenses --- Advise staff on renewal procedures --- Participate & Contribute in the development of internal credentialing processes - Who------ You------ Are------------ Previous customer service or recruiting experience desired, including internships --- Comfortable with following up with external customers, including state regulatory agencies, IntelyPros and our Internal customers --- Highly organized and self-motivated --- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral), interpersonal skills, and analytical/problem-solving skills --- Ability to multitask and handle interruptions of work stream within a fast-paced environment --- Discreet, maintains confidential information --- Willing to work weekends/overtime as needed --- Have a reliable form of transportation as this role requires approximately 10-15% travel - Some of Our Many Perks - Complimentary beverages, snacks and lunches catered twice a week - Monthly health and wellness stipend - Task Human App with 24/7 wellness coaches - Summer Hours - Competitive PTO policy - 12 paid company holidays - Employer- matched 401(k) retirement plan - Commuter benefits - Benefits Hub discount platform - Opportunities------ for------ training and mentorship------ We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
