We remain committed to raising awareness and joining efforts of justice, equity, and inclusion.Job Description...The Therapeutic Afterschool (C.R.E.W) Clinician provides clinical oversight and group therapy for clients in the afterschool program. They will provide case management, complete assessments, update paperwork and comply with Department of Mental Health guidelines.As the Clinician you will provide a safe and nurturing environment to assist participants in managing their behavioral health symptoms, meeting psychiatric needs and increasing stability in the community. You will assist participants to improve and develop coping skills, social skills, life skills and healthy relational interactions.You will utilize multiple treatment approaches, including milieu, group therapy, Dialectical Behavior Treatment (DBT) skills and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) skills. The program is strength-based, goal- oriented and designed to be flexible to adapt to the individual needs of its participants. CREW is funded and monitored by the Department of Mental Health (DMH).Why This role is for you... Training and Clinical Supervision hours provided for new Master's Level Clinicians Small Caseload of adolescent studentsWhat You Will Be Doing.....
