Aspire Health Alliance is a not for profit community based behavioral health care organization, which serves over 17,000 children and families each year. The corporate office is located in Marina Bay, Quincy, MA.We have an exceptional opportunity to join our team within the Intake Department. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients looking for counseling services. The specific responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Gathering client information including type of services needed, location, insurance information, current medications, and hospitalizationsDetermining best option for the client and referring them to the appropriate clinicIf client is uninsured, explains payment structure and payment options/guidelinesVerifies insurance and authorizationsemphasis on strongly supporting CBHC service deliveryworks collaboratively with the CBHC teamparticipate in routine/special projects for revenue cycle management (examples DBT/Psychological Testing)Required SkillsThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of office experience. Previous medical office experience including working with an electronic health record system is strongly preferred. Exceptional customer service, organizational and computer skills required.Required ExperienceOne to two years office experience with demonstrated effective communication skills and proven organizational and interpersonal skills requiredMedical Office experience preferred Aspire Health Alliance is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
